Shipping policy

SHIPMENT OF ORDERS:

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Orders will be shipped within the next 2 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Waybill and tracking details will be supplied via email or sms once shipping has been booked.

Depending on region and type of shipment, local sameday, overnight, or domestic roadfreight will be used. 

Shipping will only be done via The Courier Guy or Aramex. 

Collection in store must be between 11am and 16:30pm unless arranged otherwise via email at shopreptilegarden@gmail.com.  Collection must be within 5 working days of notification.
