After separating the pieces it was fairly easy to assemble. Longer screw for longer pieces of wood and smaller screws for shorter pieces of wood. I don't think it really matters. Had to turn some pieces of wood until all the other pieces fit better.
Overall a good gym for the price and the bird is enjoying it.
