Dimmerstat stopped working after 1 day and cooked all my snake eggs!

I tried to call you. Sorry to hear you had issues with your dimmerstat. Can you explain how it stopped working as if it blew due to overexertion/short etc you should have no heating and it need a fuse replacement. Then if it did get stuck with heating it has an alarm to notify when it is out of temperature range. If the eggs cooked then the heating elements being used is over kill.
There is a lot of variable here so if you can please help us better to understand what happened. We use these everywhere with great results. Anything electrical can have defaults so please get in contact so we can sort this out. We didn't receive an email about a fault product that we can exchange. Thank you.

From ordering to recieving it was less than 24 hours and it was so unbelievably easy to set it up! You guys are definitely my go to from now on for all my reptile baby needs!
There are very few options when it comes to looking for dimmerstats (especially in SA) and after looking at all of the specs from other types - this one really is the best. Unlike other thermostats this one controls the amps going towards your heating elements and they ultimately last longer. You can set different temps to mimic day and night temperatures which is more natural for your reptile AND it has a timer so it automatically turns off/on your lighting elements (UVB, led grow light etc). It has alarms that will go off when temps exceed max or min values and is incredibly accurate so you never have to worry about burning your reptile. And the best part out of all these amazing features? It has a built in battery so it will remember all the settings after loadshedding and this also means that you won't need to reset the times/clock again (if loadshedding is at 8 then at 10 when its over the clock will display 10 as the time, meaning your devices that are on timers like lights will go off/come on when they're supposed to). And bonus! they have a screen thats seperate from the unit so you can place it wherever suits you best, personally I'm placing mine on the side of the viv so it's easier to see. Thermostats are one of the few pieces of equipment you absolutely should not cheap out on and so I recommend getting this one from the get go. It's definitely my most favourite product out of all things I've purchased and I'm so glad Reptile Gardens is stocking these in SA.
