Foil heating pads used in most heating applications for racks and enclosures. Please understand these are to be used with a thermostat as they can get hot enough to potentially burn your reptiles. Heat pads can get various temperatures depending on what they are in contact with. This is why thermostats are so important.
Think of the heating blanket you sleep on. If the cover is not on it doesn't get hot. If it is covered it get warm. Then, if you lay on it all night it gets extremely hot. Same principle apply and temperatures will vary depending on the final use and application.
