An amazing heat source that is still yet to take off and be acknowledged. They are a great source for 24hr heating as they give off no light that will disturb your animals. There is a looped filament inside the reflective cone generating a lot of heat outward. We do recommend to use a cage lamp cover as they can get hot or placed in a dome on top of a screen roof cage. Add on's - Dimmerstat will help control the temperature and preserve the life of these projectors as well as give you day and night temperature settings.
